Wedding decor trends shaping Sarasota in 2025
The biggest decor shift in Sarasota this year is not a single color or item. It is a preference for rooms that feel more immersive, layered, and emotionally warm.
Curved silhouettes
Serpentine tables, curved sofas, and rounded staging elements continue to appear because they soften the room and create movement.
Draping as transformation
Couples are using draping to change the architecture, not just to decorate it. This is especially true in ballrooms and tented spaces.
Purposeful negative space
The best events are not trying to fill every inch. Negative space lets the highest-value design elements stand out.
Layered hospitality moments
Bars, lounges, welcome displays, and late-night dance areas are all receiving more design attention because they shape how guests experience the night.
