Rental Minimum + Delivery

Our rental minimum is based on delivery distance from 34237 and begins at $3,000 before tax and delivery.

Sarasota: $3,000
St. Petersburg & Tampa: $4,000

Boca Grande & Lakeland: $4,500
Naples & Orlando: $6,000

Full service Setup and Strike
We offer delivery, setup and post event removal. It’s one less aspect of the event that you have to think about. Delivery fees are custom to each proposal and are based on location, venue restrictions, rental items and delivery and strike times.

Product Substitution

If inventory you have reserved has been damaged at a past event we will let you know as soon as possible and offer substitution for the item.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable 50% deposit due upon decision to move forward. Remainder 50% due two weeks prior to event date.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel for any reason the 50% deposit is non-refundable. A cancellation before two weeks prior to event date will result in no additional payment due to the invoice and the invoice is closed out. A cancellation the two week cut off will result in 100% of the amount paid as non-refundable.

Date Change Policy

If the date needs to be changed we will transfer the total amount paid to the new date up to one calendar year. If the date needs to be further out a 10% fee on the subtotal will be added to account for change in pricing and increased labor. Date Change would need to be make 10 days before scheduled event time.

Damage Policy

If the rental items are in irreparable condition upon pick up then you will be held liable for the replacement cost.
